French Fancies and Flowers

This morning I've been mostly eating French Fancies and doodling flowers, when I should have been hoovering, ironing and matching up 57 odd socks...


Time to get the hoover out I suppose : (

Around here it's mostly been raining. With a few patches of hail..

Pirates!

I took Bill to see Pirates.. on Saturday - it was fab and one of those films you need to see at least ten times to notice all the little details - great soundtrack too!

Equal Rights for Design

I treat myself to an Elle Decoration every now and then (once a month or so...) and I was interested to read in this month's issue about their new 'Equal Rights for Design' campaign.
It simply calls for 'UK retailers and manufacturers to proactively support original design and pay a royalty for each product sold'

Mural = Finished!

I made a push for home and finished the mural I'm painting at school..

Well, when I say finished... I'm running a little survey to find out the children's favourite books and then I'll add the titles to the books in the right hand window.
I'm thinking it's going to be a big stack of Harry Potters!

Dinosaur Eggs

We're going with an (accidental) dinosaur theme for our Easter Egg Hunt this year - the one at the top is my favourite - I rolled it in some blue food colouring for a tie-dye kind of effect - too good to eat definitely!
